S, E, O, U, L....and beyond!

Hello!
So I haven't been on here in a while and I feel bad about that. Since my last post, I've gathered some pictures of my #1 Holiday Destination (#1HD), so I thought I'd share some of my favourites!

This is the Cheonggyecheon, a gentrified stream in Seoul. It was finished in 2005 and is one of many stunning water features in the city.

This is the N-Seoul tower, on Namsan, Seoul's very own mountain. For a small fee you can go to the top and see the stunning views!

Jeju Island...most people wouldn't believe that this is actually Korea!

Haeundae, Busan. Korea's most popular beach. Looks amazing huh? Just be wary if you don't like fish-nearby Jagalchi Fish Market is possibly the smelliest place on Earth!

Busan at sunset, doesn't it look stunning? It's like a fairytale!

Myeongdong, arguably one of the busiest spots in the capital, and a great place for people watching!

...And to finish, a spectacular night view of Seoul. Isn't it beautiful? There's more to Korea than Taekwondo!

My Travel Bucket List

1. Seoul, South Korea

Anybody who knows me knows just how much I love Korean music, and Asia in general. So for me, South Korea's capital, Seoul, is the perfect destination. It combines Asian culture and history with cutting-edge technology and stunning architecture, like the Banpo Bridge(Above). Seoul carries the typical buzz of a big city, but with the added thrill of being completley different to any other city in terms of the Korean language, food, music, and history. If you're looking for an alternitive city break, go to Seoul!

I'd also love to visit Busan, Daegu, Yeosu and Jeju Island.

2. Tokyo, Japan

As I mentioned previously, I love Asian culture, so Tokyo, in Japan, would be another dream holiday destination for me. Although I live in the countryside, I grew up in London and I'm a city girl at heart, so for me, there is nothing better than the thrill of a bustling city. COmbine that, with all the culture that I love, and what do you get? My dream holiday destination!

3. New York City, New York

Okay, so I've already been to New York, but there is so much that I didn't do that I wanted to-like see the view from the top of the Rockerfeller centre, go in a yellow taxi, or cross the bridge to Brooklyn. New York is one of those cities where you can live there as long as you like and never quite see and do everything. Going to New York has really opened my eyes to a lot-and I really miss it. I'd love to go back, soon.

4. Thailand

There is no particular area of Thailand that I want to visit, but I think the beaches look like absolute paradise. Bangkok also sounds quite exciting to me, although apparentley it's a little dangerous...Anyway, I love Thai culture and I'd love to see Thailand for myself some day!

5. Hong Kong, China

I want to visit Hong Kong for the same reasons as Seoul and Tokyo really-Asian culture meets the buzz of a city. Plus everything is reeeeaaaaaaalllllllyyyyyy cheap in HK, and my Hong-Kong-Chinese friends always have loads of nice stuff when they come back from holiday there.

6. Gold Coast, Australia
View, Gold Coast, Australia
Combine miles of glorious beaches with laid-back city living, and what do you get? The Gold Coast! I've wanted to visit Australia for as long as I can remember, although my love of the sun is a more recent thing!
